Brady Blair
Interim Student Pastor

I was born in Dallas and raised in Midlothian, Texas (The Cement Capitol of Texas). I grew up attending FBC Midlothian and became a believer in Christ at an early age.

When I attended Texas A&M I began attending the Baptist Student Ministry (BSM) where my faith became my own and the Lord called me into vocational ministry. I also had terrific and challenging ministry experience in Lake City, Colorado at (now closed) Camp Redcloud where I minister to kids. After graduating, I had a one year appointment as a campus ministry intern for the BSM at Sam Houston State University. I then moved back to Dallas to attend Dallas Theological Seminary (MACE/MABTS) while I worked for the BSM at UT-Dallas, and later at UNT in Denton BSM afforded me opportunities for missions opportunities in Newcastle (UK), New York City, South Padre Island, and New Orleans.

My wife Sarah and I became members at Redeemer in 2019, were married in May of 2020, and we welcomed our sweet Charlie Anne (Annie) in 2022 (she showed up 3 months early which is a long story). Sarah and I enjoy a good movie, naps, and trying to keep up with Annie. I am a total basketball junkie and can be found watching the Mavericks and Aggies during the season. I also enjoy a good cup of pretentious coffee.

My prayer for Redeemer Church is that we would live our our mission to be broken people loving broken people, and that because of that, more people would know and love Jesus in Denton County.
