My heart in ministry is to know Christ and make Christ known. I love Jesus and His church, and desire to proclaim the Gospel so that we may know truth, and that it would dwell within us richly. Colossians 3:16 drives what the Lord has called me to do. I am passionate about using music as a tool in worship to admonish one another in singing, ascribe the goodness and greatness of our God, and help stir our affections toward Jesus so that He may be glorified in all we do.
The Lord pursued my heart and saved me at an early age. He preserved me in my youth, and I give Him all the glory! My seventh grade year my Youth Pastor asked me to begin leading worship for the youth group. From this time through High School the Lord began to cultivate my heart for worship, and calling to ministry. I went to Hardin-Simmons in Abilene, TX where I graduated with a degree in Ministry. This is where I met the love of my life Jessica. Jess and I married in 2014, and have been blessed with four kids (Iris (6), Stella (4), Titus (2), and Norah (<1)!
The Lord has graciously allowed me to lead and serve as a Worship Pastor. I was able to release a Worship EP (HERE), and am blessed to be able to lead worship for retreats, D-nows, and summer camps.
I am excited to participate in the work the Lord is doing in Denton Co. My hope for Redeemer is that we would cherish Jesus, and share the hope of the Gospel as we joy in Him together.
