On Sunday, April 25th, we celebrated the miraculous work of the Lord at a Baptism Service at Redeemer. These services are a sweet reminder of what the Lord has done in the life of each follower of Jesus. The testimony below is from Shawn Dao.
Growing up in the church I never felt an urgency to get saved. I was always like I'll get to know God eventually. That was until camp when I realized how much I needed God. For most of my life I've been making excuses and searching after ungodly things. I thought family or friends or even attention would fix my problems but from what I've experienced nothing is as soul satisfying as God. And even though I've sinned against Him and betrayed Him, He still loves me and accepts me. So on July 23, 2020 I asked God to forgive me of my sins and accept me into his kingdom.
